Let me introduce you to my subscribers, my friends and to everyone Mr. Michael Oyco. He is a lifestyle and travel blogger, aside from blogging he’s also hooked into some other stuff such as cryptocurrencies, a crypto game or commonly called NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) games. Who among you like me who wants to live in a place that has the best tourist spots, like beach resorts, beautiful swimming pools, wherein you can enjoy the sea, sand and beautiful and stunning nature view?

How about taking a trip and walking in the Philippines gem, which is tagged as one of the best and historical places for shrines? Wherein you can create your itineraries, if your answer is mostly yes, so this place got you covered from the best historical places to amazing and stunning views and relaxing beaches.

Presenting you Bataan, this place that is abundant in God’s natural wonders and will definitely make you enjoy your stay. Good thing that the local Government focused on maintaining the tourism and the natural resources of the place. Another and lovable key factor is that they have one of the fast paced economic tourism destinations.

This is perfect for those people like me who want to enjoy nature, fresh air, less polluted air, less crime rate as compared to Metro Manila and has thinly populated area, just right in time to keep away from the crowd. But the thing is, why not just enjoy it for days, weeks or months but for the rest of your life and to consider it for a permanent place to stay in. This may be the best time to consider planning and start investing for a residential lot in none other than Bataan, which is located in the Central part of Luzon. This is accessible by land, own vehicle, by bus liners or the fastest way is through ferry. Me, myself, experienced hopping on a ferry in the Manila to Bataan Ferry Boat transportation located at the One Esplanade Seaside Terminal near SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

I recommend that it is the best time, yes it is, to invest in real estate! Why, because the prices are low and have the best of flexible and term payments that will be the best option based on your capability, availability and preferred options that you may choose from.

This residential lot is none other than at the Balanga Residences, Lumina Pilar, wherein they have a lovely house and lot for sale in Bataan, its more of a commercial, residential and agricultural city. Located in the Capital of Bataan.

House and Lots are available in Bataan through Lumina, with financing options for every Filipino. Pag-ibig Financing – lowest rates possible on your housing loan (3% per annum).
